Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air has partnered with Macallan to present “Whiskey Uncensored – the well-known, the unknown and everything in between”.
There will be two dates for tastings and classes of some of the world’s finest whiskies.
Macallan Brand Ambassador Kieron Elliot will share a brief history of Scotch whiskey production and characteristics of the various regions. Participants will discover and appreciate various whiskeys and also learn about distillation, maturation, blending and other secrets behind each whiskey.
Highlights will include Macallan 12yr, 15yr, 17yr, 18yr and 21yr.
The 90-minute classes are priced at $85 per person and will take place in the Private Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air.
The classes run November 7 and December 12, 2013, from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
