A new fitness craze has finally made its way into Atlanta. With multiple locations in the works, Howell Mill  is the first spot to open.  Orangetheory is a result-focused workout unlike any other.  In fact this fast-growing concept is the first heart-rate monitored, high intensity interval training based on science.  Wearing a heart rate monitor, your results are shown on a screen and your goal is to get into your orange zone, which means your heart is pumping at 80 percent of your maximum ate. This is when you begin the true fat burn.


These workouts guarantee visible results in toning, weight loss and total body conditioning as well as increased energy from an efficient one-hour class. Each motivational group training session is led by a skilled personal trainer.   During each workout, participants use a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, SBT Suspension Training and free weights, burning up to an average of 900 calories per session.
