Brandon Kida is the Chef de Cuisine of Clement, the new restaurant in The Peninsula New York. Since its opening on Oct. 1, Chef Kida has wowed diners with his flavorful culinary creations, which utilize locally sourced ingredients from the Northeast.
Prior to joining Clement, Chef Kida worked as the Executive Chef of Smörgås Chef Restaurant Group New York, where he dedicated much of his time at the group’s upstate eco-farm, Blenheim Hill, developing a strong understanding for farm-to-table cuisine. He has also showcased his culinary talent at some of the country’s top restaurants including Asiate, Lutèce and L’Orangerie.
