Thomas Tull is building a new empire at Universal Studios, and he’s also creating one for himself at home.
The Legendary entertainment chair and CEO purchased three properties in Westlake Village back in 2011 and is turning the trifecta into one giant superhome.
The entertainment honcho approval in February to create his private 30-acre compound. He has tapped architect Brian Biglin (Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Simon Cowell), builder Peter McCoy (Brad Grey, Tom Cruise) and landscape designer Robert Truskowski (Mick Jagger, Quincy Jones, Netscape co-founder Jim Clark) to conceive his project.
The home will also feature a tennis court, a 4,000-square-foot garage with a 25-foot observation tower, a pool house and a guard house.
Tull signed a co-financing and distribution deal with Universal in July.
