TAG Heuer Opens Boutique in Leeds Outside London

Luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom. The Swiss manufacture is set to open a new boutique in Leeds, the third largest city in Britain.

According to the local paper Yorkshire Post, the boutique will be housed within Beaverbrooks, a luxury jewelry store. The 904 sq ft store on Leeds’ popular Commercial Street recently underwent a redesign, which allowed for the inclusion of a TAG Heuer boutique. The TAG Heuer boutique will reportedly have its own separate entrance from the street, as well as access from within Beaverbrooks.

The Yorkshire Post spoke to Beaverbrooks regional manager Simon Smith, who referred to the addition of the TAG Heuer boutique as a “substantial” investment. “We have refurbished the entire retail space,” Smith said. “It’s a new design layout with more seating areas and a more luxurious feel. We have invested a substantial amount of money in creating the new look for the main store and the TAG Heuer boutique area.”

According to the Post, the TAG Heuer boutique will be opened this Saturday, September 14 by brand ambassador Sam Warburton, the captain of the Lions Rugby team.
