Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. is launching a brand new San Francisco office in collaboration with the agent team TeedHaze, the real estate partnership between Rick Teed & Butch Haze of Sotheby’s Int. Realty.
This uber cool new “lifestyle store” design concept is located at 1934 Union Street will kick off it’s grand opening tonight, and will join the company’s existing San Francisco operations at 117 Greenwich Street.
The new store will feature the latest technology and information sharing systems to provide clients with up-to-date knowledge of the current real estate market. Buyers and sellers will have the tools to to make the most informed real estate investment decisions.
Sotheby’s International Realty agents Rick Teed and Butch Haze, who lead the TeedHaze team, conceived of the lifestyle store as not only a marketplace for prospective clients, but also an environment to inspire members of the community as well as introduce them to significant developments in the city.
“Our fundamental goal has always been based on how we can add the highest possible value to people’s lives,” said Rick Teed. “We strive to give back to our community not only through real estate, but in the many charities we support. Our inspiration for the real estate lifestyle store comes from a deep passion for the empowerment of community, giving back for all that San Francisco has given to us.”
Teed and Haze intend to engage individuals from the community, by having the store host an influential community leader every Thursday night, to discuss ways of improving lives in San Francisco.
“As a place of gathering that pushes the experiential and technological boundaries, the store offers an exciting alternative to the traditional model for a real estate boutique,” said Jeffrey Gibson, Vice President and Brokerage Manager of Sotheby’s International Realty’s San Francisco brokerage. “This launch is the first ever of its kind in San Francisco, representing a fascinating step forward in the world of real estate.”
