RA sushi just revamped their entire cocktail menu, including their selection of craft beer, wine and sake. But what has us most interested is the new selection of Bombs and Bombers, which pairs a large beer with a unique or flavored sake or premium spirit. The new menu offers eight Traditional Bombers, Five signature RA Bombers and five Bomb Shots. For those who are into the Bomb Shots, try the Bombpop (pictured above) which is a red, white and blue-layered creation of Three Olives Cherry vodka, Blue Curacao and grenadine dropped into Smirnoff Ice. Or, heat things up with the Fire Bomb (pictured below), which is a shot of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky served with a bottle of Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Cider.
For Sake lovers (after all, what is sushi without some Sake), try new bombers like the Pure-fect Bomb (pictured below), with Kirin/Kirin Light and a carafe of Kizakura Pure sparkling sake. Or, if you prefer things a little sweeter, opt for the Fuji Bomb, a pairing of Kirin/Kirin Light and a carafe of apple-flavored Sake.
Along with the must-try Bomber menu, RA sushi has also expanded and perfected their entire menu of libations. For RA’s signature specialty cocktails, you can expect an upgraded version of your favorites. Drinks like the Blushing Geisha and Emperor’s Margarita have received the star treatment with premium spirits and fresh fruit juice mixers. Wine enthusiasts will be thrilled with their new and improved wine menu, offering a new assortment of wines that pair perfectly with sushi and Japanese cuisine. Beer drinkers, don’t fret, RA has you covered as well. An extended menu offers seven new craft beers to create the ultimate beer-drinking experience. Choose from seven new brews such as Rogue Dead Guy Ale and Angry Orchard Crisp. Oh, and just to make sure you are happy, they even have new glassware for the craft brews to better showcase the aromatic flavors.
