Patina is toasting its 10th anniversary at the Walt Disney Concert Hall with a series of celebrations this October.
The party will continue for an entire month. It will culminate in a one-night only 10 Years Tastings Menu courtesy of Founding Chef and owner Joachim Splichal.
This Relais & Châteaux fellowship property, which originally opened its doors in 1989 on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, relocated to its current landmark location at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in October 2003.
Patina has earned several awards, including a Michelin star, for its fabulous French fare.
Special events surrounding the anniversary include a tastemade video challenge, specially prepared meals from former Patina Chef Theo Schoenegger (currently executive chef of the Encore’s Sinatra restaurant in Las Vegas) and current Executive Chef Charles Olalia.
