During her birthday celebrations on Capri, Beyonce bought numerous bracelets at the island’s Cruciani C boutique, among which were the Hand of Fatima “GOLD” with 18 carat gold beads interlaced between the hands. The Hand of Fatima design was originally created in honor of Dubai.
Beyonce wore the Cruciani C bracelets out with husband Jay Z during her Capri holiday and then later on tour in Brazil.
