Chefs Club lead bartender Anthony Bohlinger will soon head to Las Vegas to show off his specialty drink, Delilah in Red. He recently won the regional competition for Bombay Sapphire & GQ magazine’s “Most Imaginative Bartender in America” contest, held at the Sky Hotel in Aspen. His drink combines lightly crushed cucumber, fresh watermelon juice, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice and Bombay gin, along with a bit of egg white for some froth. It’s a riff too on the Wildflower cocktail that’s currently on the Chefs Club menu at the St. Regis Aspen. Represent!
