Located on Robertson Boulevard, high-end retail destination Curve is launching a personal styling service online, Curve Styling, and is preparing to open a lifestyle shop in Culver City’s new Platform shopping center.

Originally opened by Nevena Borissova in 1997, Curve on Robertson Boulevard has become a retail icon credited for launching the careers of numerous designers and known in the industry as always being a buyer that is “ahead of the curve,” according to the website. As one of the original pillars of cutting edge style, Curve has just launched Curve Styling, offering customers an online serve for personal styling. The service includes a short quiz and introduction and then customers are matched with a live stylist in the Robertson Boulevard store for a “quick style consultation by phone.” According to Curve Styling website, a “personalized Curve trunk is sent to your door,” and includes all of the season’s latest dresses, bags, jeans, and more from “sought-after designers.” Customers keep what they love and return the rest, only paying for the pieces kept.

LA Racked reports that Curve will also be opening their first lifestyle store in Culver City’s Platform shopping center. The reported 7,000-square-foot shop is slated to open in spring 2015.

Borissova has worked with numerous Hollywood celebrities, including Missoni, Warner Bros., Usher and more. After nearly 15 years, Curve has an extremely loyal clientele and is often mentioned in top fashion publications.
