Louis Vuitton Kicks off America’s Cup with Pop-Up Store

Today, San Francisco officially becomes a billionaire’s playground with the kick-off of the America’s Cup.  The July 4th festivities commence with the , the series of races that determines which challenger will sail for the America’s Cup in September against the current defender, Larry Ellison’s Oracle Team USA.

In addition to enjoying the sailing action, onlookers can enjoy a number of festivities surrounding the event, including the Louis Vuitton Cup Pop-up store that opened on July 3.  Located in the America’s Cup Village at the end of Pier 27/29, the luxe shop celebrates the 30th anniversary of the partnership between Louis Vuitton and America’s Cup.

Guests of the Louis Vuitton pop-up store will enjoy a rare view of the races, along with live streaming coverage and behind the scenes video content between races. An invitation only salon on the second floor will provide guests with a more intimate experience for clients.

Not only does the store provide visitors with views of the sailing finish line on San Francisco Bay, but the pop-up offers the most extensive assortment and exclusive product from the Louis Vuitton Cup Collection. The store will carry new ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, accessories and watch styles introduced to the collection this summer.
