“Top Chef Masters” veteran Chef Sang Yoon, who also happens to be the mastermind behind Lukshon and Father’s Office,  will host the 2nd annual LuckyRice Los Angeles Night Market on July 27. Santouka Ramen paired with a Bombay Sapphire East Formosa cocktail that I whipped up for this year’s 2nd annual LA Luckyrice. It consists of Thai Lemongrass, Vietnamese Black Peppercorns and Ginger Pickled Red Onions, which goes perfectly with the Ramen.
