Lepa Roskopp, designer and co-founder of Misahara Jewelry, finds time to balance her family, The True Collection (a luxury travel service she co-owns with her husband) and her high-end jewelry company, all while traveling the globe for work and inspiration. She makes it all look easy, but her designs are detailed, versatile and elegant.

Roskopp first used her jet-setting prowess in collaboration with her husband for The True Collection, a members-only club fostering one-of-a-kind experiences led by elite athletes. Whether it’s surfing in Africa or skiing the perfect slope, The True Collection arranges accommodations and events fit for the world’s wealthiest. Roskopp says, “It’s a unique company. It’s more like a lifestyle club. We offer venues that are very difficult to access. We have a venue that is coming up at the Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, in November and our clients have total access. They get to experience riding in an F1 three-seater.”
The True Collection will also partner with Misahara for a big event in Porto Montenegro for the launch of Misahara’s Adriatic Collection, a nod to Roskopp’s ties to the region and her travels abroad. “I’ve always had a flare for fashion. Growing up, I spent my summers abroad in Europe. My aunt was in the diplomatic corps stationed in Paris. One day, I just decided to create something. In your travels, things inspire you. People inspire you. You just start creating. That’s how Misahara began, and that’s why the Adriatic Collection is another big adventure for us. Out of the whole collection, I think my favorite piece is the wave ring…it’s incredibly meaningful to me. The ring was inspired both by the Adriatic coast and my aunt.”
The Montenegro event, coming up on August 2nd, 3rd and 4th, will not only celebrate the launch of Misahara’s Adriatic Collection, it will also be the backdrop for a thrilling customized adventure by The True Collection. “We’ve incorporated all our athletes, our yacht partners…the event will even feature a James Bond-style jewelry heist theme with one of our athletes dropping in by parachute,” Roskopp notes. “It’s going to be different. It’s going to be a show, and we’re including a lot of what we do. It will be a big exciting time for us.”
Roskopp designs for inspired women and inspires others with her elegant collections. Her next adventure? We’ll just have to wait and see.
