Haute 100 Miami Update: John Kunkel Appoints Clay Miller at Yardbird

Restaurant owner of 50 Eggs Group and Haute-lister John Kunkel recently appointed Baltimore-based chef Clayton Miller to Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, following the departure of Chef Jeff McInnis. The Southern-inspired eatery, which opened in 2011 to great reviews and accolades from foodies and critics alike, welcomes a new chef into the mix. According to Kunkel, the choosing of Miller marks a new transitional period for the restaurant: “Clay is a rare culinary talent, and as Yardbird enters its third year of business, he is precisely the type of chef that will take our success to the next level.”
