At the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, half of the action happens outside of the big white tents and seminar rooms. Take the Tassimo house for example. Last night, industry influencers and tastemakers came together to kick off the Aspen Food & Wine Classic with a private dinner withTop Chef winner Stephanie Izard. Partygoers were treated to hors d’oeuvres and Tassimo-inspired cocktails with a live band entertaining throughout the night. Each eclectic dish was designed and plated by Izard, with highlights including Fried Oysters with Remoulade, Eggplant Tomatillo Caponata, Lamb Tartare and Kalbi Beef Short Ribs. Notable guests such including renowned chef Michel Nishan were also in attendance indulging in some of the finest Tassimo coffee-inspired cocktails to celebrate the Classic.
