Chef Timothy Hollingsworth has landed in LA after 12 years at Thomas Keller‘s The French Laundry as a consulting chef for the South Bay’s Michael Zislis, who owns The Strand House, Circa, Shade Hotel, and Rock & Brews. But The Bocuse d’Or finalist will also be working on a side project this July as a featured chef at Capella Pedregal’s Food and Wine Festival in Cabo san Lucas, Mexico. He will work alongside Chef Kent Rathbun of Dallas’ five star Abacus restaurant; Chef Dean Fearing of Dallas’ renowned Fearing’s restaurant and Chef Philippe Schmit of Houston’s Philippe Restaurant.
