Sean “Diddy” Combs recently slashed prices on not one, but two of his high-end properties: the nearly 2300-square-foot Midtown apartment in New York City as well as his Alpine estate in New Jersey. The Midtown property is marketed as a place for “a movie star or CEO,” which makes perfect sense, as the property was previously owned by English actor and James Bond star, Daniel Craig. Previously priced at $8.5 million last September 2012, the new price is $7.99 million. With its breathtaking views of the New York skyline, marble baths, and a “world class” sound system, the home is literally, fit for a king. On the other hand, the “Alpine” estate in New Jersey is a bit more comfortable: the home sits on a three acre lot with the standard swimming pools, tennis courts, and even, an aquarium. The current price point for the seven bedroom, nine bathroom mansion is at $9.99 million, as opposed to $13.5 million in 2006. It has been reported that the multi-talented mogul is currently dedicating more time in his Star Island home in Miami Beach.
