Dora Puig has posted another astounding sale for $15 million, after recently selling the Ocean House PH702 for $15 million. The trophy penthouse, which is the second highest condo sale in Miami at $3,592 per Sq feet, has a total of 9,737 Sq feet with four bedrooms and five and a half baths. It is located in the prime South of 5th Street and boasts a rooftop negative edge pool with a landscaped deck designed by Swiss architect Enzo Enea, an outdoor shower, cabana bath and spa by Jandy, a viking stainless steel outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art bird suppression system.

The 4,176 Sq feet of interior living space was done by renowned designer Alison Atrobus, whose work includes Prime 112, Prime Hotel and Pat Riley’s condo. It features a private entry foyer, zebra wood BOFFI kitchen and Gaggenau appliances, white glass slab floors, Corian wrapped walls, a LED lit spiral staircase leading to the rooftop and a fully automated Crestron system. The luxurious penthouse also includes 5,161 Sq feet exterior entertaining spaces finished in Ipe Wood.
