The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge has undergone a two month renovation led by designer Adam Tihany. The 73-year-old restaurant has been a favorite breakfast spot and bar for generations of local stars and Hollywood influencers.

Located in the luxurious Beverly Hills Hotel, the Polo Lounge features indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late-night suppers. They also offer Jazz music during Sunday Brunch and in the evening guests can enjoy some of the many specialty cocktails.

Tihany’s redesign of the space is described as a “refreshed look made possible via new lights, fixtures, furniture, additional mirrors and art,” according to LA Eater. The room’s overall original, more relaxed spirit, and color scheme was not changed. The Polo Lounge’s executive chef Kaleo Adams has also “refined his traditional American menu.”

Tihany has also worked on restaurant design for renowned chefs Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud.
