In honor of National Burger Day, chef Giselle Wellman is introducing an indulgent caviar burger for one day only.
The caviar house will produce a patty topped with Petrossian’s Papierusse® “Caviar Sheet, butter lettuce, crème fraiche dressing, and a fried egg; fries with caviar aioli come alongside.
But be aware: this burger doesn’t come cheap. Those who want the gourmet treat will be paying $75 per burger.
