Chefs Club Announces Summer Lineup

In a couple of weeks, the world’s best chefs will roll into Aspen for the preeminent Food & Wine Classic. But, if you can’t make the annual event, there’s a chance to sample a menu curated by the Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs throughout the rest of the summer. Nominated every year, these chefs represent some of the best up-and-coming talent in the country, and the concept restaurant inside the St. Regis Aspen features their favorite selections.

The new menu will debut at Chefs Club in Aspen, June 14-16, featuring signature dishes by Jason Franey (2011) of Canlis in Seattle, Viet Pham (2011) of Forage in Salt Lake City, Bryant Ng (2012) of The Spice Table in Los Angeles, and Missy Robbins (2012) of A Voce in New York City. Through May 2014, each chef will make appearances at the restaurant to lead culinary classes and other events. Seasonal dishes from the guest chefs will be offered alongside selections from Chefs Club Executive Chef Didier Elena.

“I am thrilled to be able to work with this next season of Best New Chefs,” says Elena. “Each chef comes from a very different background and will bring a new perspective and flavor to Chefs Club. We’ll have refined Italian cuisine by Missy Robbins; Viet Pham’s focus on locally sourced ingredients; the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia from Bryant Ng; and Jason Franey’s contemporary take on the classics. Season 3 promises to offer something for everyone.”

The Chefs Club features an open kitchen and interactive chef’s counter.
