312 Chicago Adds New Brunch Menu Cocktail

One of Downtown Chicago’s favorites, 312 Chicago (136 North Lasalle), is adding some liquid spice to its brunch menu. Earlier this year, bartender Dan Andruss has revamped the cocktail menu at the restaurant, and it now features in-house barrel aged cocktails with an Italian twist. Andruss has set his sights on the brunch menu cocktails and has come up with something that will help you enjoy your meal even more. When you’re enjoying the beautiful weather on the patio, munching on Short Rib Hash, 312 Eggs Benedict, or any of the other amazing brunch options, you can now enjoy the 312 Bloody Mary. They have taken the popular drink and given it an Italian interpretation. I won’t give away the ingredients, but just know that if you like Bloody Mary’s, you will love this one. If you don’t know what to order and want a recommendation, the 312 Bloody Mary pairs perfectly with the Caprese Omelet stuffed with Mozzarella, fresh Basil and fresh Tomatoes. And with Chef Luca Corrazzina re-planting his rooftop garden soon, the omelet is sure to have the freshest of the fresh ingredients. If you’re in the mood for an Italian-style brunch, make a trip to 312 Chicago and have your taste buds dazzled.
