1 BB's Kitchen
For something scrumptious to start the day, look no further than the lemon-ricotta pancakes at BB's Kitchen. Topped with a blueberry coulis, they're light, fluffy and hit the breakfast spot, and a fresh bellini with peach preserves makes a lovely pairing.
2 Element 47
For melt-in-your-mouth goodness, try the lemon soufflé pancakes drizzled with raspberry syrup and toasted pine nut at element 47 inside The Little Nell. When this restaurant remodeled and reopened last fall, the menu was revamped as well and this addition is a don't-miss.
Poppycock's doesn't just serve up its infamous oatmeal buttermilk pancakes which are a "must-try." This breakfast nook, which is only open until 3 p.m and makes the first meal of the day its priority, also includes macadamia nut, blueberry granola and apple oat bran pancakes on its menu. If you're still hungry, add a smoothie to your order.
4 Main Street Bakery & Cafe
This restaurant may be situated on Main Street, but inside it maintains a quaint charm. Order the three buttermilk pancakes with fresh berries and take a seat at the community table for a wholesome breakfast that will keep you running all day long.
5 Hickory House
At the entrance to town, on Main Street, sits one of Aspen's iconic restaurants and token breakfast spot. Here, diners can get a single pancake as a side to the All-American. But, hungry eaters will enjoy the double order of blueberry pancakes and a fresh cup of jo.
