Philanthropist Glorya Kaufman has listed her $40 million mansion in Los Angeles. Featuring 12,000 square feet of living space, 13 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, the home sits on a 48-acre piece of land in Mandeville Canyon.

Kaufman’s 1964 ranch includes numerous exclusive features, such as a quarter mile tree-lined driveway, custom electronic gates, a parking lot-sized circular motor court, and numerous adjacent structures to the main residence. According to Real Estalker, there is a separate guests house, a caretaker’s apartment, a pavilion, a lighted tennis court and a “substantial maintenance building.”

Reports indicate that Kaufman is looking to downsize. She currently also owns a $18.2 million single-story villa in Beverly Hills which she purchased from Robb Report owner, Carl Palmer.
