The three 3 times Grammy-winning artist and producer has recently announced an interesting new partnership with WWE, World Wrestling Entertainment. In celebration of the partnership and Wrestlemania 29, Combs will be hosting a series of events set to start on April 4 at Cipriani Wall Street with the Superstars for Sandy Relief party, co-hosted with famed WWE promoter McMahon and special guest Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. Following the kick-off party, the acclaimed artist will be performing at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on April 7. The performance will include his chart topping single “Coming Home”, which is the theme song of Wrestlemania 29.
In addition to partnering with the WWE, the hip-hop sensation will also be the new ambassador of the WWE’s anti-bullying initiative, STAR. Combs also has a strong association with the Invisible Bully clothing line which encourages individuals to put an end to bullying. His new partnership will be contributing to Invisible Bully’s mission to stand for something or fall for anything.
“I’ve always been a fan of WWE and I’m excited to support these two important causes, Superstars for Sandy Relief and the Be a STAR anti-bullying initiative,” said Combs.
