Miami League Baseball’s most talented catcher, Mike Piazza, will be making a special guest appearance in Miami City Ballet’s production of George Balanchine’s Slaughter on Tenth Avenue. For only one night, Piazza will be taking the stage at the Ziff Ballet Opera House/Adrienne Arsht Center as a gangster in a classic 20s-era mobster outfit. He will not, however, be actually dancing with the ballerinas.
