Chelsea Clinton and husband Marc Mezvinsky recently snatched up a $10.5 million apartment at The Whitman, a newly launched condo building near Madison Square Park. Besides breathtaking views of Madison Square Park, the 5,000 square-foot unit is also one of the longest in all of New York City.

The four-unit building stretches an entire block between E. 26th and E. 27th Sts. It takes nearly 30 seconds to walk the 250 feet from one end of the apartment to the other. “The hallway is a wow factor,” Douglas Elliman broker, Dina Lewis, told the New York Daily News. “One spouse can be fast asleep while the other has a huge dinner party. All on one floor.”

Each unit also features two dishwashers, two washer/dryers and women’s dressing rooms with double-sided vanity mirrors, plus his and her maze-like closet spaces.
