Oliver Ruiz is the Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Miami, which is a globally recognized real estate firm with 3 current franchised locations throughout Miami. He oversees all of the brokers and ensures they are provided the necessary tools in order to sell a home. He is also responsible for the strategic growth of the company, new business development, recruiting and merger and acquisitions.
Engel & Völkers has offices in Brickell, Bal Harbour and Key Biscayne and is in the process of opening 2 more locations in Miami, including an office South of Fifth in Miami Beach and Merrick Plaza.

Phone charger: Without my phone charger I wouldn’t be able to communicate with brokers who may need to reach me.
Clock: Since I have to meet deadlines and turn in paperwork before a specific time, a clock is something that I cannot live without. I am very conscientious of the time and need to have a working clock on my desk at all times.
Prestigious hammer: In July of 2010, I was on the Merger Team that was successful in the merge of the two local Real Estate associations into what is now The Miami Association of Realtors the #1 Real Estate association in the nation. From my role within this merge, I was awarded my hammer and it reminds me to stay grounded and focused on the goals at hand.
Engel & Völkers Red Notebook: I do not go anywhere without my note book. It is my personal assistant it reminds of the tasks I need to complete within a day. It holds important information and allows me to keep up with day to day tasks. My notebook keeps me organized and allows me to follow through with pressing items.
Photos of my grandchildren: I have three grandchildren and they are my pride and joy. I am a very diligent worker and sometimes when my day gets hectic I like to look at their photos and it centers me. I work very hard to make my entire family proud and having their photos on my desk reminds of this every day.
