All-Star Chef Line-Up Announced for Le Fooding Festival at MOCA

On April 26 and 27, Le Fooding will bring their innovative food festival to Los Angeles’ Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), combining cuisine, culture, arts and entertainment.

According to LAist, Parisian “guide-book-writers-cum-food-fest-organizers” from Le Fooding opened offices in New York and saw great success among the city’s culinary crowd. In an effort to expand further, Le Fooding is heading west and bringing its popular food festival to MOCA at the end of April.

The event will feature a star chef line-up that includes four French chefs, Jean-François Piège (JF Piège), Inaki Aizpitarte (Le Chateaubriand), Grégory Marchand (Frenchie), and Sven Chartier (Saturne), and four Los Angeles chefs, Nancy Silverston (Mozza), Ludo Lefebvre (Trois Mecs), Roy Choi (Kogi BBQ), Josef Centeno (Baco Mercat), Jordan Kahn (Red Medicine), Carolynn Spence (Château Marmont).

The event will include “a huge outdoor and festive picnic in front of MOCA Geffen Contemporary, with the best chefs from Paris and L.A. and the top DJs and graphic designers from both cities animating the dinner.”

Le Grand Fooding Crush Paris-L.A. 2013. is a charity event and will benefit the L.A. Food Bank and MOCA.
