For starters guests can sample fresh Oysters from the Oyster Bar or a delicious Carpaccio made using the prime tenderloin cut. There are many specialist cuts available from the USDA prime beef, Filet Oscar Style, Braised Short Ribs to the Classic New York Strip for main course. All of the beef at Ruth’s Chris Steak House is USDA Prime and is cooked with a unique broiling technique at 1,000 degrees celsius and served to guests on a sizzling hotplate. For those seeking a lighter seafood option, the restaurant offers Ahi-Tuna, Grilled Cajun Gambas and Pan Seared Mediterranean Sea Bass.
