Entertainment journalist Jason Kennedy helped kick off Tao Group’s commitment to Whole World Water in celebration of World Water Day. Tao Group venues in Las Vegas and New York City are supporting the social enterprise’s efforts to tackle the water crisis by filtering, bottling and selling their own water and contributing a portion of all proceeds to the Whole World Water Fund, which benefits clean and safe water programs around the world.
Kennedy poured from Tao’s first Whole World water bottle as he dined at Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian, where he orderd signature favorites from the menu with a group of friends including Ryan Basford from “Chelsea Lately.” He later stopped by Lavo Nightclub at the Palazzo.
Gossip Girl’s Chace Crawford also dined at Tao with a friend, sipping on sake and feasting on sea bass, lobster wontons, yellowtail jalapeño and more, before heading over to Lavo Nightclub where he graciously took photos with fans. He also made his way to Tao Nightclub where DJ Politik was spinning.
Jayson Blair from “The New Normal” was spotted at the Asian bistro as well. The actor and friends enjoyed Buddha chicken and satay bass while also trying out the new Whole World water. The group later hit Marquee at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to take in the sounds of DJ Chuckie.
At Lavo, Chris Rock and David Spade enjoyed dinner at the Italian eatery. The comedians and friends had a variety of ravioli dishes along with salads and tuna tartare.
Chris Evans from “Captain America” was also spotted having a drink at Lavo Nightclub.
Screenwriter Diablo Cody took in the scene at Tao Nightclub.
Earlier in the day “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Melissa and Joe Gorga and Kathy and Rich Wakile took in the afternoon at Tao Beach. The group took over a private cabana and toasted with specialty cocktails in celebration of Melissa’s 34th birthday.
