Sunday night fun, get ready. Infuse Your Booze and Get Spicy with E&O Kitchen! Bar Manager and Mixologist Carlos Yturria will host an “Infuse Your Booze” Cocktail Class. This hands-on class sponsored by Brugal Rum will teach attendees the tricks of the trade and how to master the art of infusing spirits, with particular emphasis on Brugal Rum Blanco. Each attendee will get to make three of their own cocktails as well as feast on the newest dishes and desserts to hit the menu at E&O.
