I am excited to announce that we have a confirmed date of Saturday, April 13th for The Blacks’ Annual Gala. This is our 19th year raising funds to provide educational resources and experiences for at-risk youth that have included scholarships, vocational training, camps, workshops and after school activities encompassing dynamic curriculums that address culture, the arts, life skills as well as workforce preparation. The Consequences Charity supports transformational learning in the form of prevention, intervention and lieu of incarceration.
This year, the gala and charity benefits the Consequences Charity, Teach for America, Breakthrough Miami, Big Dreams for Kids and other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
It is always an exciting event featuring a celebrity red carpet reception, dinner and gala and we are excited to have the amazing performer Flo Rida (Flo Rida is quickly approaching a remarkable 60 million singles sold worldwide. “Wild Ones (feat.
