It was a glamorous day indeed at the usually relaxed Film Independent Awards in Santa Monica Saturday.
Piaget added some extra glamor to the event as the Swiss luxury watch brand co-hosted the oceanfront ceremony.
Salma Hayek, Andy Samberg Samberg, Matthew McConaughey, Helen Hunt, John Hawkes, Paul Rudd, Chris Tucker, Zoe Saldana, Paula Patton and Dree Hemingway were among those who were spotted in the haute brand.
Stars were treated to a Jameson bar, champagne cocktails and a gifting lounge exclusively for presenters.
Among those who picked up goodies such as a private island getaway from Caribbean Living Magazine, Manito Linens, a one-year membership to Crunch gym, Perfect Pearl, GKhair, Fashion Forms, Thursday Friday, Blessed & Cursed and Jabra were Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Nina Dobrev, Chris Tucker, Common, Hannah Simone, Marcia Gay Harden, Kyle MacLachlan, Quvenzhane Wallis, Emily Mortimer, Ann Dowd, Bryan Cranston, Sharon Lawrence, Clea Duvall, Colin Egglesfield, David Oyelowo, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Hill Harper, Jason Isaacs, Jason Schwartzman, John Hawkes, John Waters, Katie Aselton, Laura Dern, Lennie James, Linda Cardellini, Lorraine Toussaint, Mac Whitman, Mark Duplass and Melanie Lynskey.
Lincoln was also onsite on the occasion of the launch of the MKZ. Collaborating with Interview magazine, a backstage experience was created that paid tribute to Andy Warhol as filmmaker. As part of the brand’s “Hello Again” program that supports reinterpretations of noteworthy artistic material, rarely seen “Screen Test” films provided by The Andy Warhol Museum were shown.
