To celebrate 20 magical years of performing in Las Vegas, Penn & Teller have extended their show through 2018 at the Rio, making the twisted duo the longest-running headliners at the same property in Las Vegas history.

“When we first moved to Vegas, our hoity-toity New York art and theater friends all screamed in horror. Now they are all regular Vegas visitors and headliners. We’ve loved every minute of our 20 years in Vegas and are wicked excited we get to spend another six at the Rio in the best theater in town. I hate to hurt our next negotiations with Caesars Entertainment, but we have no plans to leave. We intend to die in office,” stated Penn Jillette, the larger and louder half of Penn & Teller.

Penn & Teller landed in Las Vegas in 1993 and began a headlining engagement at the Rio in January 2001. In addition to entertaining audiences for the past 20 years with their daring trademark wit and magic, Penn & Teller have been huge supporters of local Vegas charities such as Aid for AIDS of Nevada, United Blood Services and Opportunity Village.
