Loren Ridinger Launches Daughter Amber’s Skincare Line At Market America

Amber Ridinger launched her new skincare line, Lumiere de Vie, as mom Loren Ridinger looked on proudly at Market America’s recent World Conference. The skincare line was developed by Amber with a team of scientists to create a high-end cream that would produce results long after most products lose effectiveness.

“That was the biggest struggle for us- to find something that constantly worked,” said Amber. The products are all-natural and derived from the earth and sea and aim to revitalize radiance. Other highlights of the conference included Motives for Lala, which is a collaboration between Lala Anthony and Motives Cosmetics, by Loren Ridinger. Donald Trump Brings Show Jumping and Celebrities to Palm Beach

The first ever $100,000 Trump Invitational Grand Prix CSI took place at Mar-a-Lago in January. The Donald along with wife Melania and son Barron Trump were on hand as well as Event Chair Georgina Bloomberg, Patti Springsteen and Designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka. The beautiful day event, which took place on Mar-a-Lago’s lawns, included a performance by Cassadee Pope, winner of The Voice. The event was unique because it was the first time show jumping event took place on Palm Beach, as opposed to Wellington.

The event was also a fundraiser for the Consulting Great Charity Challenge and was presented by Fidelity Investments. Equestrian Sport Productions CEO Mark Bellissimo said, “We were thrilled with this successful event. The setting couldn’t have been more stunning and the equestrian sport was fantastic. It was an amazing combination of sport, entertainment and philanthropy.”

Owner of Miami Dolphins, Stephen Ross, has promised to commit to a private-public partnership and pay $200 million in proposed improvements to Sun Life Stadium here in Miami, Florida. The other $200 million would come from non-local revenue streams, such as tourist taxes. Renovations would be complete by the 2015 football season and would feature HD video screens, HD sports lighting, more comfortable seating, new seating eighteen feet closer to the field, modernized escalators and elevators, updated concession, and an open-air canopy similar to the Florida Marlins stadium that shields fans and preserves the grass on the playing area. Ross stated, “I think our planned modernization will maintain the special outdoor flavor of Miami, while giving us the look of the best stadiums around the world.” Ultimately, the bid is to attract major events like the Super Bowl back to Sun Life Stadium.

Mickey Arison and Miami HEAT Honored at the White House

The entire HEAT team, including Coach Erik Spoelstra and owner Micky Arison, were honored by President Obama at the White House for their 2012 NBA Championship win. As part of the tradition for championship-winning American sports teams, President Obama welcomed the reigning NBA champs to his residence and congratulated them on not only their work on the court, but their role off the court as well. President Obama thanked the team for their time spent with the wounded warriors at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and mentioned specifically the big three, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh, for taking their roles as fathers seriously and for sending a positive message. James and Wade presented the Commander in Chief with a team signed basketball and an “Obama” Heat jersey. Dwayne Wade ended the event by jokingly offering President Obama a 10-day contract with the team to which the President responded, “Yes, you guys could use a shooter”.
