Haute Event: ‘Do Not Disturb’ with Art from David LaChapelle and More Opens at Cosmo

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Flaunt Magazine hosted a reception to celebrate their recent collaboration “Do Not Disturb” on Wednesday night. The event, held in the resort’s P3Studio, an evolving space where artists create projects that are interactive and participatory for guests, featured door hangars created by six world-renowned artists including: David LaChapelle, The Date Farmers, Theo-Mass Lexileictous, Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Alan Aldridge and Bert Rodriguez. The Date Farmers, Theo-Mass Lexileictous and Bert Rodriguez were at the reception to showcase their work and speak with attendees.

Five of the six artists will reside in the studio over the next five weekends. Each will be able to display their personal art projects with guests in an intimate and authentic way.

The artist-in-residence lineup is as follows:
Theo-Mass Lexileictous — Feb. 21-25
The Date Farmers — Feb. 28 through March 4
Bert Rodriguez — March 7-11
Alan Aldridge — March 14-18
David LaChapelle — March 21-25
