Chefs Club Does Valentine’s Dinner by Land and Sea

Chefs Club by Food & Wine is known for showcasing creative dishes by some of the country’s Best New Chefs in its concept restaurant inside the St. Regis Aspen. On Valentine’s Day, that means a land-and-sea-inspired entree followed by a slew of sweet treats. But if grilled prime rib and lobster aren’t your love’s thing, then the à la carte menu featuring fromage blanc agnolotti or grilled venison and beet embers might please the palate. The entire wine list is curated by Food & Wine Editor, Ray Isle and Sommelier, LeeAnn Kaufman.

It’s possible to skip dinner and go for dessert: chocolate and strawberries and dark chocolate cake round out the menu. Or just drink a raspberry-cheesecake martini and call it a night.
