When a luxury name like the Viceroy Hotel Group has talented chefs at each of its properties, the next step is to share the wealth. Next week, the Viceroy Snowmass welcomes Mirko Paderno from the Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills for five days to launch its inaugural chef exchange program. Paderno brings his culinary talents to Eight K, where he’ll cook for five nights, in addition to hosting an afternoon cooking class.

“This is such an incredible opportunity for Viceroy Snowmass guests and every food lover from Aspen to Glenwood,” said Viceroy Snowmass Hotel Manager David Bodette. “Bringing someone of Chef Paderno’s caliber and from such an esteemed restaurant like Oliverio into our mountain market is a unique experience, and one that shouldn’t be missed.”

From Wednesday, Feb. 27 through Sunday, March 3, guests can enjoy a six-course prix fixe menu with a wine-pairing for $150. On Saturday, March 2, participants also have the opportunity to take a cooking class with Chef Paderno at 1 p.m. for $75.
