Exciting things are happening in Chicago’s culinary world. Some amazing chefs are opening new restaurants and concepts, while others are mixing up their menus and offering something new. Fresh off his rematch with Chef Masaharu Morimoto on the hit TV show Iron Chef America this past Sunday, iNG Chef Homaru Cantu has decided to really mix things up.
On Tuesday, March 12 and Wednesday, March 13 between 5 and 10 pm, molecular gastronomy restaurant iNG (951 West Fulton Market) will be swapping out with Chef Curtis Gamble’s Bread & Wine (3732 West Irving Park Road). Chef Cantu will be serving up an Iron Chef-inspired menu at Bread & Wine while Chef Gamble will be making nose-to-tail country style plates at iNG. This is only for two days and reservations are required. Tickets for the dinner are $120 per person and are only available through Table Host. If you would like to see what you can expect, the chefs’ menus are below.
