Timon Balloo’s Dinner With Friends Last Supper On Monday

Tim Balloo’s popular series, Dinner With Friends, is officially ending, and with an overwhelming feast on Monday, Jan.28.  During the series, participants have attended feasts at Sugarcane cooked by big-name guest chefs who work alongside chef Timon Balloo to create original menus. This week the grand finale will include Paula DaSilva (1500 degrees), Dean James Max (3030 Ocean), and Jeff McInnis (Yardbird), Jose Medin (Pubbelly), and Antonio Bachour (St. Regis Bal Harbour Hotel) who have been chosen  to cook the “last supper.”

Each chef will be responsible for coming up with one dish in order to create a cohesive six-course meal, along with beverage pairings.  On the menu is stone crab, chicken n’dumplings, braised Florida rabbit tacos, and roasted dry aged cowboy steak. Guests will get to sit back and relax while being served a top-notch meal in a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

The tickets are $150 per person, and all proceeds will benefit Share our Strength.  Email sugarcane@sushisamba.com
