Ronald Reagan’s Longtime Pacific Palisades Compound Sold for $5 Million

President Ronald Reagan’s longtime Pacific Palisades compound has sold for $5 million. Located in a prestigious area of the Riviera, the home features sweeping panoramic vistas from the Pacific Ocean to the Getty Center.

According to the listing, the home is a mid-century property located on nearly 2/3 of an acre with a long private gated driveway. Once the home of President Ronald Reagan, the 4,764-square-foot estate was designed by architect William Stephenson, with the help of Reagan and his wife Nancy. The four bedroom, four bathroom ranch-style home has large glass-walled rooms, vaulted ceilings, a den with a wet bar, an octagonal swimming pool and plenty of space for entertaining.

The outside space of the home is just as impressive as the indoor space. With a sunny courtyard, a pool and patio, grassy area and garden, the home was designed to take advantage of the breathtaking views.
