Public Relations Guru Monika Dixon’s PR Firm, Monika Dixon Public Relations, has teamed up with Genuine Entertainment to bring something fresh to the city, La Ultima Cena Supper Club. It’s an exclusive elegant dinner party that will be held at the Four Season Chicago’s Allium Restaurant (120 East Delaware Street) on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 8:30pm.

La Ultima Cena (the last dinner seating on the final Saturday of the month) is an example of modern elegance. I have praised Allium’s Executive Chef Kevin Hickey for his farm-to-table philosophy and it fits right in with the dinner’s concept. The first La Ultima Cena will feature Hickey’s spring menu and I’m assuming it will be ridiculously delicious.

They don’t want it to be the traditional stuffy affair, remember this is modern elegance, so they have added a touch of pizzazz. There will be a deejay soundtrack playing as you enjoy the four-course prix fixe meal. And after the last course, instead of being sent off into the night, there will be a post-dinner cocktail party at 10:30 to give guests a chance to mingle and kick back.
