Jimmy Kimmel Beats David Letterman In Head-To-Head Ratings

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” is doing very well in its new time slot! The late-night talk show recently moved from midnight to 11:35 PM and is now competing with CBS’ “Late Show with David Letterman” and NBC’s “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” for ratings.

According to Nielsen fast national ratings, Kimmel beat Letterman, but ran slightly behind Leno in total viewers on Tuesday. “Jimmy Kimmel Live” averaged approximately 3 million viewers and scored its second largest audience to date.
