Chef Todd Erickson of HaVen Gastro-Lounge is giving guests a sneak peak of his newest venture, Huahua’s Taqueria. Every Tuesday Chef Todd will be showcasing a new taco on on HaVen’s Happy Hour Menu, 2 for $5. The tacos are delicious, all made using the finest ingredients and I have loved everything that I have tried so far. Tacos include, Pollo Con Mole, with Lime Crema, Cabbage, Radish, Cilantro & Sesame and Short Rib Tacos with pickled Jalapeño & sweet heat coleslaw.
