Swarovski Crystallized Debuts Sparkling Holiday Window Display of Cimon’s LEGO Sculptures

Just in time for the holidays, Swarovski Crystallized concept store in New York will be showcasing a spectacular holiday window display filled with five of the most dazzling unseen sculptures by Cimon. This New York-based artist is infamous for his collection of fantastic and innovative LEGO sculptures. The five sculptures that will be on display in the window of Swarovski Crystallized Broadway store were created with over 1,000 Swarovski Elements and hand crafted by Cimon.

The New York based artist cleverly created his Little Love Stories series by building complex sculptures made out of LEGO bricks, then he refinishes the sculpture with a beautiful metallic finish and finally embellishes the metallic figure with tons of Swarovski Elements, leaving the sculpture with a luxurious, sparkling look.

The exclusive New York concept store window will feature, Cimon’s five unseen works, gift boxes filled with designer crystal jewelry courtesy of the store and an enormous abstract tree. The five sculptures known as Love Bug, Love at Sea, Love Comes Around, The Silver Steam, and High Heels will be showcased as toys for all shoppers to enjoy.

The Love Bug is a legendary Volkswagen Beetle made of approximately 1,400 Swarovski Elements (ruby and clear crystals) is interchangeable from a car into a convertible. The Love at Sea is a sculpture tells a tale of a voyage to romance, created as a ship with a nautical concept approximately made with 3,400 Swarovski Elements. The Love Comes Around is a dazzling carousel that features horses and children, made of approximately 1,700 Swarovski Elements. The Silver Steam is a festive holiday train that features 1,100 Swarovski Elements and last but not least High Heels (Silver) is a pair of crystal-studded shoes created with 1,000 Swarovski Elements.

Cimon’s dazzling previously unseen works will be revealed at Swarovski Crystallized Concept store located at 499 Broadway in Soho from now through December 26. After the window is uninstalled, all pieces will be available for sale.
