Piaget and amfAR Partner Up for the Inspiration Miami Beach Party

amFAR , the American Foundation for AIDS Research and luxury watchmaker Piaget teamed up to host one of Miami’s most glamorous and exciting late night parties during Miami Art Basel at the Soho Beach House.

Drawing celebrities and notables from the world of art, food, fashion, and film including Russell Simmons, Riccardo Tisci, Kenneth Cole, Bobby Flay, Brian Atwood, Stephanie March and Joseph Altuzarra, the event was held in a specially made tent that was right on the city’s famous beach.

Dita Von Teese added even more glamour to the event by making a dramatic entrance along with Liz Goldwyn; other models present were Lily Kwong, Elle Evans, and Liliana Matthaus.

Larry Boland, Piaget’s North America president, was present at the event along with Piaget polo ambassadors Jeff Hall and Marc Ganzi, winners of the International Cup for Team USA.   The three were pleased to lend their support to the charity event.

Guests were entertained by top DJ’s Mia Moretti, Caitlin Moe, Honey Dijon, and DJ Kiss, but the focal event of the star-studded evening was the silent auction featuring world-class works by artists Steven Klein, Ryan McGinley, William Eggleston, Sam Taylor-Wood, Cindy Sherman, and Robert Rauschenberg, among others.

Piaget has been committed to the arts for long time, and has partnered several times with amfAR on the Inspiration Gala series, hosting events in Paris, New York, Sao Paulo, and Los Angeles.
