After opening in Cleveland, Ohio, and Annapolis, Maryland, the third location of Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar has opened in the Village of Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with a vibrant bar featuring over 50 rums and specialty cocktails including a fantastic Caipirinha and Margarita. Corporate Chef Robert Cabrales and Executive Chef Orlando Arroyo have developed a menu with inspiration from Cuba, the Caribbean and South America. Some of the specialities of Paladar include Plantain Crusted Crab Croquetas, Cuban Brasied Beef Ropa Vieja, Feijoada Stew, Jamaican Curried Shrimp and Sweet Potato Doughnuts.
