Inspired by his Italian heritage and his family’s Christmas Eve tradition, Louis Maldonado, Executive Chef of Spoonbar at h2hotel, has created a seafood-focused holiday menu celebrating the traditional Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes. Michelin star Chef Daniel Corey will offer a multi-course feast during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco.
